TYPES OF RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
STANDARD ELITE CLEANING:
Cleaning of each room, beds made (for linen change please leave clean linens on the bed) dust vents, ceiling fans, all countertops cleaned. Bathtub(s), bath tile, toilet(s), sinks, and sink backsplash cleaned, exterior cleaning of refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, interior and exterior cleaning of microwave, dishwasher load, (Dishwasher must be empty prior, additional fees to hand wash) Chrome fixtures polished, mirrors cleaned, floors swept, vacuum and mopping, Trash disposed.
DEEP CLEANING: everything in standard cleaning plus cleaning of each room, beds made (for linen change please leave clean linens on the bed) dust vents, ceiling fans, all countertops cleaned. MOVE IN/MOVE OUT:
Home is to be 100% empty! Everything mentioned in deep cleaning as well as cleaning of inside of refrigerator, oven, interior cabinets, drawers and spot cleaning of walls.
AIR BNB TURNOVERS: Cleaning kitchen, empty dishwasher, put away all dishes, bathrooms, bedrooms, wash and change linens and towels/hand towels, remove trash and recycling, sweep, vacuum, mop, dust all main areas and disinfecting, refill soaps, toiletries, etc,. (client provides we are not responsible for providing this and it must be available during cleaning or task may not be performed),bed remade linen, towels, hand cloths & comforter (as needed) washed
OUR BOOKING POLICIES
Hunt’s Family Cleaning Booking and Cleaning Policies
1. We require full payment for all services under $200.00 upon booking your appointment. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due when booking appointments over +200.00
2. All Payments are accepted via square and all fees must be paid in full before your scheduled service. A delay in payment will result in your cleaning being cancelled or rescheduled.

4. In the event that we come into your home and you are asking for more then what your appointment was booked for you will be required to pay additional fees. Due to you booking the incorrect service. We may either cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancelled appointments will not be issued a refund!!! Under no circumstances.
5. Deep cleaning for any room without prior knowledge will result in a $55 fee plus tax for each room and possible rescheduling of your appointment if we are not able to accommodate your needs.
6. Since time is a very important instrument in our company we do not issue refunds for any reason. If you are ever unsatisfied with your services we will send a technician out to your home. Our staff will not clean anything additional. They will only be addressing the issues you had with your cleaning.
